EXECUTIVE ORDERS:
April 23, 2007 Executive Order Number 12148 created the
Federal Emergency Management Agency to interface with the Department of Defense
for civil defense planning and funding. An "emergency czar" was
appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national
emergencies. The bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of
secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a
major emergency, foreign or domestic.
Executive Order Number 12656 appointed the National Security
Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This
allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of

modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.
Executive Order 10995 allows Seizure of all communications
media in the

Executive Order 10998 allows the government to take over all

Executive Order 10999 allows Seizure of all means of
transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and

Executive Order 11000 allows Seizure of all American people
for work forces under federal supervision including the splitting of families
if the government finds it necessary.
Executive Order 11001 allows seizure of all health,
education and welfare facilities, public and private.
Executive Order 11002 empowered the postmaster general to
register all men, women and children in the
Executive Order 11003 allows seizure of all airports and
aircraft.
Executive Order 11004 allows seizure of all housing and
finance authorities to establish Forced Relocation Designated areas to be
abandoned as "unsafe."
Executive Order 11005 allows seizure of all railroads,
inland waterways and storage facilities, public and private.
Executive Order 11051 specifies the responsibility of the
Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive
Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or
financial crisis.
Executive Order 11921 allows the Federal Emergency
Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms
of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and
the flow of money in
Executive Order 12919 otherwise known as National Defense
Industrial Resources Preparedness, was signed by
William Jefferson Clinton on June 4, 1994, and released on June 6, 1994. EO 12919 making the President a virtual dictator in war or peace.

government of free opinion, no longer a government by... a vote of the
majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of a small group of

The humans of this planet are constrained in many ways; this
subjugation results in our inability to comprehend who we really are.
Before we discuss the larger reality as presented by ETs and celestials, you must decide if these constraints
really exist, and whether or not you wish to deal with them. First let me
outline the elitist paradigm to describe the current situation in the

"I wonder what the common people are doing," is their refrain over a
crystal goblet of rare wine. These are the lifestyles of the rich and famous
that are glamorized in our mainstream books and movies, lifestyles that the
rest of us are programmed to idolize.
In "The Great Turning," David Korten
states that, "Those who control the stories that define the culture of a
society, control its politics and economy." The above sketches of elites
define the American pyramid; other countries have their own stories. In each,
stories provide the framework for a pyramid, a socio-economic system that works
to dominate the majority for the benefit of the few.
Stories about famous people define a reality that common men
and women are supposed to admire. Stories of our history define who we are
today in terms of our ancestors. Stories about science and medicine define
limits on our physical abilities. Stories and songs about military victories
define a world in which war is justified. Fears generated by war tend to unite
a populace behind a government, even an unpopular one. Wars are ostensibly
fought for a variety of good reasons.
However, on closer examination, usually long after the
events, it usually comes out that the political or economic gain went to
members of the elite. The lives lost and damaged were merely the price of their
winnings. It is not uncommon to find the same elitist interests clandestinely
funding both sides of a conflict. There are many interlaced structures within
the elitist paradigm: government, military, legal, financial, corporations,
medicine, energy, psychology, education and media. Each of these provides a
service or product to the populace; each began with the best of intentions to
serve specific needs; each has been infiltrated and corrupted in order to serve
the wealth and power of the super elites.
Without giving it much thought, most of us accept this
socio-economic pyramid. This is, after all, how things have been going for
thousands of years. Since the dawn of recorded history, the physical power
wielded by kings, tyrants, and rulers has been used to dominate the majority,
to "keep them in line." The few, who by reason of birth, wealth or
physical prowess, rule a piece of the pie, pay homage to those at the top of
the pyramid.
The following list of experiments carried out without the
permission of those upon whom they were performed speaks for itself about the
callous attitude of elitist institutions toward us.

Our government is supposed to represent the will of the
people. However, according to R. Buckminster Fuller, "The U.S.A. is not
run by its would-be 'democratic government.' Nothing could be more pathetic
than the role that has to be played by the President of the

for concern about a shadow government, about the elitist paradigm. Some of the

beyond this basic assumption, we can find a path to a more enlightened way to

everyone is valued, everyone is treated equally, where
there is no socio-economic pyramid?
