Many witnesses have seen extraterrestrial craft materialize and dematerialize. What does that phenomenon imply? When they are not physical where are they? How can extraterrestrial craft traverse the vast distances of the universe without taking multiple lifetimes to do so?

Do our off-planet visitors ways of communicating outside the electromagnetic spectrum account for our inability to detect their transmissions? Are we receiving the truth about NASA's space explorations missions?

Has our secret government reverse engineered crashed ET craft? Have we constructed a workable space craft patterned from ET craft? What technologies have we derived from crashed ET craft? Have we had assistance in our technology efforts from off-planet beings?

Traditional astronomers look at the universe using instruments capable of sensing electromagnetic energies: visible light, infrared, radio. Predominant scientific theories state that the possibility of intelligent life beyond our planet is slim to none. Mainstream scientists promulgate theories like the "Big Bang," despite the fact that these theories fail to account for the majority of the mass of the universe. Stuck in their theories, these scientists publicly discount all accounts of extraterrestrial activity and seek funding for projects to buoy their theories. This despite an increasing number of these same scientists who know of the existence of extraplanetary life.

If beings are able to travel in time and space from distant planets to Earth, then many scientific theories will be radically modified. For example, it is generally believed, based on Einstein’s theory of relativity, that material objects cannot travel faster than the speed of light. If this is true, then how do extraterrestrials arrive at Earth without spending a thousand years getting here? And once they are here how would they communicate back home if their messages were limited by the speed of electromagnetic waves? Clearly something more is going on here.

The first hint at the answer lies in the ability of extraterrestrials to materialize and dematerialize, shift from one dimension to another. The area of the spectrum of reality which they utilize encompasses that which is beyond what we can measure with our scientific instruments. Oh yes, scientific instruments do measure that which we cannot sense. But, it has been speculated that as much as 95% of reality lies beyond that which we can see, 85% beyond that which we can measure. Extraterrestrials have the ability to move in and out of that larger reality, to shift their frequencies in order to become visible and invisible, measurable and un-measurable. Extraterrestrial craft simply do not use technologies that are based on linear time space. Just as radio waves existed before we had instruments to measure them, so too do the other aspects of the larger reality.

Skeptics cite the lack of “scientific proof” that life exists anywhere other than our planet. The annual budget of SETI, the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence, is used to fund a radio telescope search of the cosmos. Searching for extraterrestrial life using conventional radio communications is like attempting to answer the telephone with a can and string. Those who visit our planet have developed communication technologies beyond the electromagnetic spectrum.

Closely allied with this mindset are the various projects of NASA. As we send men into orbit with rocket technology, the scientific community is playing out traditional theories. Should we throw out scientific investigation? Not at all. Much of our science is useful, even if it degrades our planet and ourselves. However, influential members of the scientific community should admit to the limits of their current theories and honestly embrace the search for radically new discoveries, despite the potential impact on their stature and positions. They should also admit to the degrading effects of many current technologies.

Where does that spark of genius, that brilliant idea for an innovation really come from? Is it possibly a partnership between the fantastic brain of a human and insight from the non-physical realm?

Without question, technology has lifted mankind to heights undreamed of a mere hundred years ago. But are we utilizing all the technologies known to man? What about technologies developed under the government's black programs?

The technologies developed in America and other industrialized nations now span the globe. There are over a billion cell phone users. Personal computers are almost as wide spread. The Internet is available in every country. Air travel has brought even the most remote corner of the world with reach of ordinary people. Mundane technologies such as indoor plumbing and sewage treatment have helped to stem the spread of disease. Modern medicine has extended life expectancy and increased birth survival rates.

Not many would wish to return to an era without modern technologies. However, we pay a price for our conveniences, our mobility, our communications, our health, and our comforts. From a planetary perspective, the commercialization of technologies has been uneven, and has favored the powerful and the few. From an individual point-of-view many of these technologies -- from cell phones to chemicals -- are degrading our bodies, impacting our DNA.

The pace of technological innovation will most likely continue. The genie is out of the bottle, never to return. Mankind's challenge is the benign application of new technologies. Nuclear proliferation threatens our populations, our environment, and our fragile civilization. Advanced chemical and biological products are being misused as well as benefiting. Correctly applied, there is great benefit to be derived from nuclear, chemical, and biological technologies. Misused they have become disasters and instruments of terror and control. In addition, the pollution from the by-products of these technologies is a growing menace. We have been told, repeatedly, in messages from extraterrestrials, that we are misusing technology, that those who want to control us are using technology against us.

Meanwhile, entrepreneurs are busy creating the next generation of technological products. This process, once centered in the United States, now involves inventors and businessmen from around the globe. In almost every case entrepreneurs are going against established corporations who would preserve their existing businesses. While the role of these entrepreneurs is hopeful, many inventions are not commercialized because they do not fit within the predominant paradigm.

Witnesses have testified that our scientists have made use of technologies derived from crashed extraterrestrial craft. Reverse-engineering projects were initiated after the Roswell crash. According to Philip J. Corso, retired U.S. Army, he oversaw several projects that enabled researchers to accelerate the development of:

Disguised within covert programs, technologists are working to perfect the power source, zero-point energy, and the electro-gravitic propulsion system, used by extraterrestrial craft. So far, these development has been restricted to military applications. When these technologies are perfected and made available to the public, the limits of technologies based on traditional scientific theory will be exposed.

What other technologies could be derived from crashed extraterrestrial craft? Why do we spend billions on conventional energy technologies, when the commercialization of technology derived from extraterrestrial spacecraft could give us a giant leap toward energy independence?
