Roper Poll about UFU beliefs
According to a Roper poll commissioned last year by the Sci Fi channel:
*Two-thirds of Americans think there are other forms of intelligent life in the universe.
*Nearly half of those surveyed believe that UFOs have visited the Earth in some form over the years.
*45 per cent believe intelligent life from other worlds has monitored life on Earth.
*Roughly seven in 10 people believe the government does not tell us everything it knows about extraterrestrial life and UFOs.

New technology from 'black world'
What ground-breaking new technology is kept so secret by the authorities that even to comment on its existence would be to reveal too much?
Welcome to black world technology -- the discrepancy in the defense budgets no-one can explain, and the programs which politicians and officials have the right to deny even exist.
Boeing, the world's largest aircraft manufacturer says it is working on anti-gravity propulsion, which could revolutionize conventional aviation.
"GRASP," or Gravity Research for Advanced Space Propulsion, was only recently reported in Jane's Defence Weekly, but the U.S. military may have had the technology for years.
The National Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS), based in Nevada, say that mysterious U.S. military craft using this kind of technology have been skirting the skies since the 1980s.
And NIDS is now calling for the military to unveil its secrets for commercial benefit.
The U.S. has the largest black budget on the planet, but other countries -- notably Britain and France -- also have projects in this area.
According to the U.S. Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments (CSBA) classified or black programs account for about $23.2 billion or 17 percent of the 2004 budget request for the Department of Defense.
Just over half of this request to the U.S. Senate is for research and development, and it is on the increase.

Edward (H-Bomb) Teller consulted re: UFOs
Edward Teller, the "father of the American H-bomb," the vehement fighter against communism died at the age of 95. This person stands together with such glorious names as Kurchatov, Einstein, Sakharov, Ioffe and many others. Edward Teller was a pioneer of the nuclear epoch.
The American scientist was also dealt with the UFO sightings. A meeting took place in Los-Alamos on February 16th 1949, devoted to green balls of fire flying above top secret nuclear stations in New Mexico. Edward Teller was the most famous scientist at the meeting. The discussion started with meteorites, their descriptions and peculiarities, and so on. The meeting lasted for several hours. Probably, the most interesting part of the discussion was connected with the following facts: the number of meteorite observations in December, January and February was average in the USA on the whole, but there was no message to report green balls of fire beyond Los Alamos, Las Vegas and Western Texas. In addition, the balls were noiseless, which confused Dr. Teller a lot. Edward Teller suggested, the balls could be nonmaterial optical objects. Several members of the meeting believed, the balls had to be categorized as an inexplicable natural phenomenon, although Teller and others thought, the balls were a part of a new process that could be possibly connected with plasma or electricity in the atmosphere. In addition, Teller said the green balls phenomenon was close to ionized fluorescence.
Edward Teller could access the data that could help him find out, if the balls of fire were the result of secret military experiments. The scientist assured everyone, they were not of the American technology. When the meeting was over, all questions remained unanswered. Despite the negative result, the scientist continued consulting the US government on the mysterious issue.
