UK - East Sussex - Tegdown Hill (2), nr Patcham - A large circle with a standing ring in the centre and a standing ring between the circumference and the ring. Three equidistant circles form a triad design around the main formation.

UFO seen in Durban
South Africa - Durban - "The light was so bright, at first I thought it was a police helicopter searching for criminals. But when I could not hear the sound of the rotor blades, I decided to draw the curtains and check what it was."
Roshnie Naidu, of Phoenix, could not believe her eyes when she saw a huge, pulsating, colourful light in the sky. "It looked like a massive ball of light, much brighter than the sun, with blue and purple colours filtering through. My eyes were glued to it for almost 10 minutes, it was unbelievable. I had never seen anything like it before," she said.
Naidu told the Daily News she woke up just before 4am on Sunday.
She was watching TV when she noticed a bright light flashing through her curtains. She did not take any notice of it at first, but the light continued to shine in her face.
According to Naidu, when she drew the curtains she could not believe what she was seeing. "I still cannot explain to people who did not see the object what it was.
"After a couple of seconds, the object would change shape from being circular to oval."
She rushed to her daughter's bedroom to wake her up, but she refused to get up.
"When I tried to wake up my husband he told me that I was seeing things and sent me away.
"But I persisted and pulled him out of bed and opened our bedroom curtains."
Naidu's husband, Shrirama, said he wiped his eyes a couple of times because he could not believe what he was seeing. "I immediately told my wife to call our neighbours and alert them to what was happening."
Shrirama managed to capture video footage of the unidentified object that was in the sky.
According to the Naidus, the object was in the sky for about three hours. It disappeared as the sun came up and it became lighter.
The Naidus said they had no idea what the object was and would like someone to explain it to them. "We are hoping that someone will be able to view the footage that we have captured and explain the fireball to us," they said.

UFO Lights seen in Estrella, Phoenix.
US > Arizona > Phoenix > Estrella - Some people are reporting a mysterious sighting of a string of lights in Valley skies last week.
A NewsChannel 3 photographer spotted them, turned on his camera and captured on film the so-called "Estrella lights." "We watched them for about 2-1/2 hours," said Sheila Jones-Vega, who said the lights moved back and forth. She and her husband, Frank, said they could hardly believe their eyes while on a drive to the Estrella Mountains where they're building a home.
A spokeswoman at Luke Air Force Base said the Estrella lights did not originate from the base.
After their impressive view June 14, Jones-Vega and her husband said they spent the next night watching the skies from their second-story bedroom window. They said they saw the fighter jets and the Estrella lights not only on the 15th, but again this week.
"We saw jets come up from the airport, numerous jets come up, and it seemed as though the jets would approach the lights. The lights would turn off," she said. "It wasn't as though the jet was dropping something and the light turned on. The lights were already there and the jets came up near them and the lights turned off. I'm a little embarrassed that people will think I'm crazy, but I know what I saw." Watching the lights blink out one by one, the couple is pretty sure they'll be back.
Many people are comparing the Estrella sighting to the Phoenix lights of 1997. Dilettoso said there are similarities but also significant differences.
Luke Air Force Base said pilots reported nothing unusual over the past two weeks. And there were no other reports of other military or private organizations admitting to flying in that area.

Newly Appeared Crop Circle Resembles Tesla Diagram
Hundreds of sightseers descending on a wheat field near Alton Barnes, Wiltshire. According to experts, the pattern apparently represents a diagram of an electrical transistor designed 100 years ago by the world's most mysterious inventor.
Crop circle experts say it is uncannily similar to plans for one of Nikola Tesla's early pieces of equipment.
Tesla is the unsung hero of pioneering technology, now widely credited with inventing radio before Marconi and coming up with the idea for remote-control objects. The one discovery he has received credit for is the alternating current which competed with Edison's direct current. He also invented the Tesla coil, which can be found in almost all car engines today. But why one of his early diagrams should be recreated in a wheat field near Alton Barnes, the global capital of crop circles, remained a mystery last night.
Michael Soper, a spokesman for Contact International, said last night he was sure it was another message from outer space. He said: "I'm very interested in this one. It's almost as if this is the last piece of a jigsaw which we haven't been able to put together yet, and we're doing it backwards. "Tesla is the one major inventor the establishment hasn't recognised, and as a result his work and his impact has remained counter-establishment.
"This clearly shows coils, connectors and a box with the wires curling out and around it. I've been trying to think about what this means, but it has to be a message. Perhaps there's more to the things Tesla came up with than we've previously realised and they are trying to point us in the right direction. It has far too many features to be done by people in that short amount of time - how was it done overnight on the shortest night of the year." The design was discovered by croppies, who are now well into the summer season of formations in Wiltshire.
It is being likened to a design discovered in Hampshire two years ago, which some crop circle enthusiasts claimed was a reply to the famous 1975 Aricebo message sent by NASA outlining the genetic make-up of humans, in an attempt to contact other worlds.

Merle Haggard Communes With UFO Enthusiasts
For the second year in a row, honky tonk singer Merle Haggard will be entertaining conspiracy theorists and extraterrestrial fans at the UFO Music Fest, set for Saturday (July 3) in Roswell, N.M. Some believe the area was the site of a UFO crash in 1947. Joining the 67-year-old country music legend is longtime friend Willie Nelson, along with openers Michael D. and Lacy J. Dalton.
"I live on the West Coast and unlike people in Nashville, I can't just go out and cherry-pick my dates," Haggard tells Billboard.com. "I have to put them in a little train mode and Roswell sits halfway across the United States. It is interesting about what happened there in 1947. I thought it might be nice to build an annual UFO fest around that, and have a place to play every July on my trip to the east. If that thing came down out there, in Roswell, then it is the biggest thing to happen since Christ. So, it is turning out to be a little bit more successful every year."
Haggard hints that a few surprises of the non-alien kind could fall out of the sky, citing recent interest by the Eagles, but nothing is confirmed.
Always known for speaking his mind, Haggard stirred up political controversy last year with his lead single "That's the News," which pondered that if the war in Iraq was over, why were more soldiers dying every day?
"I hoped, if nothing else, it would cause the [news] editors to look at the clock and say, 'Should we run Laci Peterson's story or should we run about the boys that got killed today?'" asks Haggard. "It seems to me that when we are fighting for freedom all over the world, we should have a sense of duty to give the news on the troops instead of worrying if somebody is going to get off [in] a murder case."
While the song was on many top 10 lists for 2003, its lack of airplay disturbs Haggard "Clear Channel pretty well has everything locked up. It is disgusting a little bit, and somewhat deflating to realize that no matter what quality of music you may be writing, they are not going to entertain it. Because if it has any subject matter to it, they are certainly not going to play it."

Crop Circle Shows Up in Spanish Fork
(Spanish Fork-AP) -- A large crop circle, surrounded by three smaller symbols of the same pattern, is startling motorists on Utah Highway 189 near Spanish Fork.
The circle, etched into a wheat field near Salem, was first noticed Sunday morning.
Those kinds of geometric patterns are believed by some to be communications from aliens, but many people who saw the circle say they think it's a hoax.
In Utah, nine other crop circles have surfaced over the years. The largest showed up in College Ward in 1998 -- the same day that similar circles appeared in Oregon, Idaho and Belgium.
Utah County police are investigating the circle, but haven't determined who or what might have created the markings.
